Threw some lime on the garden today, and then went over it two times with the tiller. Seem like every time we till this
spot it gets a little bigger. Every week we try to dig up at least one or two major roots or root balls from our garden
spot. It seems like a slow go at first, but the garden has grown a fair amount without anyone haveing to work like a
mule grubbing the area out all at once. We figure to have almost 1600 square feet ready to plant by the time
spring rolls around. Wish we were in a position to have a couple of these sickly old trees removed since a little more
sunshine would not hurt anything.
Right after the holidays we intend to start a few seeds, so I guess we had better get started setting up our
growing area. We will probably put together a small table and hang a grow light this weekend. Maybe Santa will hustle up
with that web cam so we can try to get it up and running.
